About the McSwane Group.

Marcie McSwane is the founder of The McSwane Group, a boutique federal government relations and consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. She advises clients across a range of policy areas, including energy, tax policy, disability policy, special education, aerospace, and ocean and wildlife issues. Marcie represents clients before Congress and supports their advocacy by monitoring and analyzing legislative, oversight, and regulatory developments while clearly communicating client priorities to key decision-makers.
Prior to founding The McSwane Group, Marcie spent nearly a decade working with former Congressman Ray McGrath (R-NY) at The McGrath Group and the Downey McGrath Group, a bipartisan government relations firm chaired by former Congressman Tom Downey (D-NY). Earlier in her career, she served on Capitol Hill in the offices of Representative Louie Gohmert (TX-01) and Representative Frank Lucas (OK-03).
Outside of her consulting work, Marcie serves on the Executive Committee of the Capitol Hill Club and chairs its Special Events Committee. She also serves on the Board of the Texas State Society, where she served as President, and is on the organizing committee for the Black Tie and Boots Inaugural Ball, one of the largest inaugural events in Washington.
Originally from Tyler, Texas, Marcie is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Gig ’em, Ags.
